2019 Softball Tournament – T-Shirt Orders

Thank you for registering for the 2019 season Evergreen Park Girls Softball League Tournament.  As a participating team, a t-shirt is included for each girl playing in the tournament.

 

Please take a moment to fill out the Tournament T-Shirt Order Form below so we may be better organized in handing out t-shirts during the tournament.

Ordering the t-shirts is as easy as 1-2-3…

1. Fill out the form below and click Submit
2. You’ll receive a confirmation email (repeat for each team)
3. Receive your t-shirts at tournament time
