2024 Fall Ball Registration

Thank you for your interest in playing in the Oak Lawn Baseball & Softball Fall League. Our Fall Ball season runs mid-August through the end of September. The deadline to register is early August. Team jerseys will be provided, and players will provide their own hats, pants and socks. If you have any questions please send them to olb@oaklawnbaseball.com.

There are no residency restrictions for Fall Ball.

$40 – T-Ball – CoEd (4-5 yr olds)
$40 – Shetland (6-7 yr olds)
$60 – Pinto (this year Shetland)
$75 – Mustang (this year Pinto-1st year Mustang)
$95 – Bronco (2nd year Mustang – 1st year Bronco)
$105 – Pony (2nd year Bronco – 1st year Pony)
NOTE: Your age is what you are on April 30th for NEXT year’s 10’s and older and September 1st for NEXT year’s 9s and under

Agreement
I, the parent or guardian of the above named candidate for a position on an Oak Lawn Baseball (OLB) team hereby give approval to his/her participation in any and all league activities during the forthcoming season. I assume all risks and hazards arising from such participation, including transportation to and from league activities. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless OLB and its associated leagues, organizers, sponsors, supervisors and participants thereof against any and all claims for bodily injury or property damage arising from the candidate's participation in league activities, including any and all claims for damages on the part of another candidate or his/her heirs, executors or administrators. I also grant permission to league supervisors to authorize and obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital or medical clinic should the candidate become ill or injured while participating in league activities, or at such times when I or my spouse/partner/guardian am not available to grant authorization for such medical treatment. For your child / children to be eligible to play next year, parents/guardians must meet all of the following this year: 1. Exhibit good sportsmanship in accordance with our code of conduct 2. Furnish a certified birth certificate of the above named candidate upon request I have read the above Agreement and certify that all information provided to OLB is accurate.
